I don’t think we can find a single negative aspect for this motherboard, its VRM setup is able to hold, efficiently, up to 600A, making it a great board for both ambient and sub-zero overclocks; you will be able to overclock any Zen 2 processor you will install onto this motherboard without having the slightest fear of overheating or inadequate VRMs.
The included heatsinks are more than satisfying for ambient cooling, given their size and the fact that the X570 Phantom Gaming X VRM section is largely overbuilt, being able to spread the heat among many MOSFETs.
Above 200A, in the range of “exotic” cooling (phase change, cascade, dry ice, liquid nitrogen or even liquid helium) even at 250A, you could keep the phases uncovered without encountering any sort of overheating.
Since the VRMs allow up to 600A maximum output, you’ll have plenty of headroom to push your system under LN2, given the fact that in no circumstances you’ll need that much power. With that said, if you plan to put your CPU under an LN2 pot, it’ll be smart to also use the additional 4-pin EPS connector on the board.
